Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice before the appointment time. One reschedule is included per purchase.
Cancellation with notice
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment, you will receive a full refund of the $397.00 session fee.
Late cancellation
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund, but may be rescheduled once within 30 days.
Missed appointments
If you do not attend and have not notified us, the session is considered delivered and is not refundable.
Completed sessions
Because the service consists of the consultant's time and expertise, completed sessions are not refundable.
If CCB needs to reschedule
If we must move your appointment, you may choose a new time or receive a full refund.
How to request
Submit rescheduling, cancellation or refund requests through the contact form on this site. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
