Service
CCB Business Consulting ("CCB") provides the BLACK — Business Strategy Session: a 90-minute private business consulting session, including a pre-session questionnaire, strategic review, personalized recommendations and an action plan.
Delivery
The session is delivered as a live video conference at the appointment time you select after purchase. A scheduling link and the pre-session questionnaire are sent to the email address used at checkout.
Price and payment
The session fee is $397.00 USD, charged once at checkout through Stripe. This is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges.
Nature of the service
CCB provides business education, consulting and strategic recommendations. No specific business result is promised or guaranteed. Clients remain responsible for all business decisions and their implementation.
Not professional advice
Nothing provided during or after the session constitutes legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Clients should consult a licensed professional for those matters.
Client information
Recommendations are based on the information the client provides. CCB is not responsible for outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate information.
Intellectual property
Materials provided to the client, including the action plan, are for the client's own business use and may not be resold or redistributed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CCB's total liability related to the service is limited to the amount paid for the session.
Scheduling
Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which CCB Business Consulting is organized.
